Cancellation & Change Policy

Refund:

Refund Insurance may be purchased upon initial registration prior to Sun 1 Dec to qualify for full refunds - entry fees and other items, including Refund Insurance charges - without having to give a reason up to Tue 31 Dec 2024. Refunds are not allowed under any other circumstances. 

Deferral:

Not allowed.

Transfer:

Allowed from one person to another no later than Tue 31 Dec 2024, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100. Click here to request.

Distance Upgrade:

Allowed no later than Sun 19 Jan 2025, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 per person plus the price difference in entry fees between the price paid and the price at the time of request. Click here to request.

Distance Downgrade: 

Allowed no later than Sun 19 Jan 2025, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 per person without refund of the price difference in entry fees. Click here to request.

Switch from Solo to Team of 2:

Allowed no later than Tue 31 Dec 2024, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100. Click here to request.

Switch from Team of 2 to Solo:

Allowed at any time, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 per person. Click here to request.

Team Member Substitution:

Allowed at any time, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100. Click here to request.
